2.1. How To Order Active-COM Products
Active-COM now offers online ordering through Digibuy. DigiBuy utilizes the proven advanced secure payment system provided by Maagnum Internet Group. All major Credit Cards are accepted but if you are not comfortable with ordering online, you may print an order form and FAX IT to DigiBuy's order processing center. You may also call their processing center and place an order OVER THE PHONE. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement as soon as you place your order.

You can order up to 5 orders for each of our products through this method.

2.2. How We Process The Orders
Active-COM will send the software within 24 hours of receiving notification of payment. We can send the software via an e-mail attachment, U.S. Priority Mail or Federal Express.

3.3. How We Process The Orders

If the order is received via e-mail or fax, we will e-mail the software to you directwithin 24 hours of receiving the order.

If you request software on standard distribution media (disks), these will only be shippedafter receiving the payment.
